Schneider, Timothy Husted.
Timothy H. Schneider, 75, of Samaria, MI, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at St. Anne’s Hospital, Toledo, Ohio, surrounded by his loving wife and family. Born March 28, 1943, in Toledo, Ohio, he was the son of Charles and Isabell (Husted) Schneider. He proudly served his country in the US Navy and was a member of the U.S. Navy band. Tim married Debra S. Couture on January 30, 1982. Tim was employed with Ohio Bell/Ameritech retiring in 1998. He was a member of Toledo Muzzleloaders, The Black Swamp Primitive Riflemen, and the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. Tim was an avid reader of books dealing with history and the outdoors. He loved Jazz music, playing the drums, and attending drum and bugle corps contests.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Debbie; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gregory Schneider, Rodney Schneider, Lonna (Ray) Balduf, Kathleen Preketes and Katherine Schneider; nieces and nephews, Kermit (Christina) Davis, Judi (Rich) Zeiler, Alexander (Kylee) Davis, Jon (Catherine) Balduf, Jeremy (Jill) Balduf, David (Marie) Schneider, Larry (Hannah) Schneider, Brian Schneider, Christopher (Stephanie) Schneider, Charles (Michelle) Schneider and Isabell (Jeff) Akers; 27 great nieces and nephews.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will follow at 7 pm.
